The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sean was there on check-in, he is pleasant. We checked in late, and checked out early. So we stayed for a few hours for our flight. The hotel is near the airport, like 12 mins drive. They provide shuttle to airport and its available 24 hours. You just have to let them know what time you need the shuttle. The room is clean and spacious, although we saw a small cockroach but it came from outside. We did not have the chance to try the breakfast.

The location. It was close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. You had to walk around 15 minutes The immediate area did not have sidewalks and immediate views were not good but walk a little bit, great food and shopping. Value. For the money, you can not beat it Free shuttle to and from the airport Staff. They were very friendly

Staff was really helpful (the room's microwave didn't work and I needed to eat, they immediately proceeded to put me a new microwave in the room). Shuttle service was easy and on time.

Clean, bed comfortable, large room, Shower was hot and strong, AC excellent, airport shuttle was great. Staff was good. Good lightening.

The Hotel is close to the IAH airport: a 24-hour bus shuttle is available to connect the airport terminals with the properties. I paid 70 USD and I got that value, which is reasonable. This is a good choice to spend one night if you have a spotover in Houston.

There were a couple of issues when we got into the room. First, the remote on the TV did not work. Second, the toilet continuously ran. The staff immediately addressed both issues and solved them in no time. I highly commend the staff! Although the facility was in the middle of renovations, it was clean, staff was efficient and friendly.

The room was recently remodeled, and was very spacious. I had a room that was a bit away from the parking are, so was quite quiet. The shuttle from the airport can be arranged at any time. Good value for money.

Value is not to be beat. Near a mall and lots of restaurants but you have to walk a bit. The problem is that you have to cross major roads that can be a little tricky since most of the crosswalks lights are broken.
